Before You Launch Your Business: The 50 most important things you need to know about your venture – This session takes you through the fifty most important business evaluation criteria and describes how you can quickly size up any business idea.

Building a Business From Start to Finish: Practical steps on how to build a successful family-based business – This session clearly lays out a step-by-step approach to building a business, from how to define success, generate ideas, evaluate ideas, launch your business, grow your business and prepare to sell your business.

Question & Answer Panel – This session features an open forum with written questions submitted by the audience that are answered by the presenter and the area entrepreneur panelists.

expounding.

Mini-Sessions by Area Entrepreneurs – These sessions are designed to provide practical glimpses into the lives and businesses of local entrepreneurs: how they formed their business ideas and got started, what it was like in the beginning, lessons they learned, family involvement, and much more.
